Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window:  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you
have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns:  

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
● Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
● Returned with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer service at help@notahero.in to request a return authorization.

2. Carefully pack the item and include your order number.

3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs:  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or
incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance.

Refund Process:  Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval
or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to
your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:  We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please
return the original item and place a new order.
